3. Promotion Campaigns & Anti-Spam Compliance
All email promotions dispatched via BackersPro must comply with strict anti-spam guidelines, including the US CAN-SPAM Act, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and international telecommunications standards.
- Campaigns promoting prohibited items (including illegal goods, weapons, hate speech, or explicit adult content) are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate cancellation without refund.
