1. Notice of Claimed Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that content published, tracked, or promoted through BackersPro infringes upon your copyright, please submit a written notification containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including specific URLs or project identifiers on BackersPro.
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your promotional material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our DMCA Agent pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
BackersPro maintains a zero-tolerance policy for repeat copyright infringement. Accounts belonging to creators who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights will be terminated without refund.
